2015 Downtown Allentown Tree Lighting Ceremony



Allentown, PA – December 1, 2015
The Hamilton District Main Street Program in partnership with the City of Allentown are proud to present the 2015 Downtown Allentown Tree Lighting Ceremony on Thursday, December 3, 2015 at the PPL Plaza, 800 block of Hamilton Street. Festivities include musical performances, dance acts, horse-drawn carriage rides, face painting, appearances by MeLVin, Pip the Mouse, and of course, Santa and Mrs. Claus.  CAT Country and WLEV Radio will be attending the event and Café Vida will be offering hot chocolate and coffee to attendees. This is a free event and is open to the public.  

WHEN: Thursday, December 3rd

TIME: 4 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

WHERE: PPL Plaza, 800 block of Hamilton Street, Allentown, PA 18101

Dave Fry, the Lehigh Valley Charter High School for the Arts, and YEA! Xcape dance group will provide holiday-themed performances. Mayor Ed Pawlowski will count down to the Tree Lighting with Dave Fry.
