The documentary observes how collaborative community led solutions can better serve the at-risk youth of Allentown, PA.

Lehigh Valley, PA – August 7, 2020, eMediaWorks received a regional Emmy nomination from the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS) – Mid-Atlantic Chapter in the Public/Current/Community Affairs – Program/Special category for its program Give Me Shelter, Perspectives On Youth Violence. Teri Haddad, Executive Producer stated, “The program follows gang leaders, business leaders, and neighborhood nonprofits in Allentown coming together and pooling resources to address the needs of at-risk youth in their community.  Our hope is that Give Me Shelter brings heightened awareness to the issue of youth violence and encourages people to take positive action and I am honored to be able to tell this story.”
