ALLENTOWN VOLUNTEER MEDICAL RESERVE CORPS is looking for new volunteers – you do not need to be an Allentown resident to join. We will need both medical and non-medical volunteers. AMERICAN RED CROSS PA RIVERS CHAPTER is looking for Screening Team Members who can match volunteers to positions for which they are best suited, based on skills, interest, availability, and available options after scheduling and conducting volunteer screening interviews. Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm; 4-6 hours/week minimum; first 3 months will include training/mentoring. BIG BROTHERS BIG SISTERS LEHIGH VALLEY is looking for compassionate and energetic volunteers to become ‘Bigs’ for youth ages seven (7) to sixteen (16) in Lehigh and Northampton County. Our matches typically meet twice a month and can participate in activities that they are most interested in. HISTORIC BETHLTHEM MUSEUMS & SITES is offering COVID Safe gardening opportunities at the Colonial Garden at Burnside Plantation on Schoenersville Rd in Bethlehem to individuals interested in planting and tending this wonderful historical colonial garden. Plants, seeds, and compost are provided at no cost and gardeners share fresh produce from the garden. No gardening experience needed but attending one gardening session per week required. THE WHOLE LIFE CENTER, Easton, Driver needed Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays 10 – 10:30 a.m. to approximately 1- 2 p.m. weekly, to drive a box truck to pick-up food from Sam’s Club, then help unload, weigh and on different days deliver the food to other organizations in the Easton area.
