SPECTATORS ENJOY ALLENTOWN HALLOWEEN PARADE



A terrific turnout and fantastic performances marked the 2014 Allentown Halloween Parade which marched through the streets of the city on Sunday, October 19.

Nine divisions of marchers and floats made their way down Hamilton Street as an enthusiastic audience gathered curbside from the start of the parade at the Allentown Fairgrounds to the conclusion at Ninth & Hamilton streets.

A variety of marching bands and dance groups joined with other civic and professional organizations, auto clubs and floats to bring the streets of Allentown to life, adhering to the parade’s theme: “Phantom Phrenzy.”

The panel of judges recognized the following award winners…

Floats

1st Place                        Cub Scout Pack 146                              $500.00

Twelve youth bands will also be receiving a stipend for their participation and contributions to the parade.
