Transition feels very trying and tiring lately, my world feels as though it was uprooted… are these relatable to you? Let’s learn how to utilize this energy to not only help release, but to start thinking about the seeds that we want to plant for the future.

Join us for Vitality’s Summer Reorganizational Healing Workshop (FREE) on Tuesday, June 21st. During this interactive workshop, we will introduce new tools to assist with change and to adjust in the most productive way. Children graduating? Mom and Dad moving to assisted living? Job loss? Divorce? These are all significant events that affect us in different forms of stress, emotional and/or physical. Let’s learn how we can use this energy to propel us into our next chapter. We are done merely existing.
