Downtown Allentown Hosts 2nd Annual Beer Fest Early Bird Tickets on Sale Now!



 

The Hamilton District Main Street Program in partnership with Cork & Cage and the City of Allentown is proud to present the second annual Allentown Beer Festival on Saturday, September 9th in downtown Allentown. Join us as the festival expands to the 500 block in addition to the 600 block of Hamilton Street for an afternoon of great beers, great food and fantastic music in our vibrant downtown!

 

Allentown Beer Fest will kick off with 50 breweries and close to 100 different beers to sample from. Live music will play all afternoon, and nearby restaurants, Bell Hall, Centro, grain. and The Hamilton Kitchen will be selling delicious food out on the street. A number of craft vendors will showcase their wares during the event – all can stop by to browse and shop!

Time: 1 p.m. – 5 p.m.
Where: 500 & 600 Blocks of Hamilton Street
What:  Beer sampling event
Cost: $34 online, $40 at door – $24 Early Bird rate until July 11th.

 

This is a ticketed event for those 21 years of age and over, however you do not need a ticket if you are not sampling beer. Attendees can enjoy free live music and purchase food. Your ticket gains you unlimited beer sampling from some of the best breweries along with a 3.5 oz. tasting glass. Beers on tap will include both domestic and craft varieties with something for everyone! Breweries include: Abomination Brewing, Cigar City, Evil Twin Brewing, Fegley’s Brew Works, Firestone Walker, Half Acre, Hijinx, Hubbard’s Cave, Lagunitas, Levante Brewing Company, Lost Tavern, Manayunk Brewing, MIA Beer Company, Neshaminy Creek, North Slope, Saucony Creek, Sly Fox Brewing, Sterling Pig, Stillwater, Stone Brewing, Thomas Hooker, Une Annee, Weyerbacher – with more to come!

 

Parking is available in and around downtown Allentown. We suggest parking in the garage located at 6th Street and Walnut Street which is closest to the event, but any of the decks are convenient – for just $1 per hour with the first 30 minutes free!
