Guest Speaker, Frank Ginther, former POW and Crew Member of the USS Pueblo 

The Honorary First Defenders, Allentown Chapter will hold its 76th annual Meeting and Dining-In on April 17th at the Best Western in Bethlehem.  The honored service is the United States Navy, with Mr. Frank Ginther as the guest of honor.  Mr. Ginther, former Prisoner of War and crew member of the USS Pueblo. The night will conclude with a Change of Command ceremony of the HFD.

 

  • 6 PM – cocktails
  • 7 PM – Dinner and Ceremony begins
  • Colors presented
  • Mess Rules are followed – all donations support the local reserve/guard units
  • Remarks by the guest of honor, MG William Monk III
  • Business Dinner Meeting, HFD Commander MSG Lucille M. Gross
  • New member indoctrination
  • Change of Command Ceremony, Incoming HFD Commander – LTC Donald W. Davis
  • Retire the Colors
