Artquest Patio 101 Founders Way, Bethlehem, PA 18015

Today as summer winds down, the dogs got to celebrate the dog days of summer. Paws 4 A Beat was held today at Artsquest Patio. There was food, music, vendors and dogs. Lots of dogs. The event was held from 1PM to 6PM. There was a great band there called Girl Crue, they played a variety of cover songs from Bruno Mars to Fleetwood Mac. They kept the crowd going and the dogs seemed to enjoy them. The event was packed as many owners walked around with all kinds of dogs from Pitbulls to Rottweilers. I had the honor of meeting one of the cutest dogs ever, Chunk who was there with his owners. The weather was a good day for the dogs as some of the dogs just lounged and others were curious. Artsquest Patio is always such a great location for any event however, this one belonged to the dogs.

The Lehigh Valley Pitbull Awareness Club in which the motto is: “Meet one before you misjudge all.” There were plenty of beautiful PitBulls walking around. All the dogs had to wear a leash and they were required to be up-to-date with shots. I met Dave and Donna. Both of them spoke with me. “The LV Pit Bull Awareness Club is an educational group working to inform the general public and help push aside the negative stigma and myths associated with pit bulls. www.LVPitbullClub.com
