BETHLEHEM, PA–From captivating live demonstrations of hot glass blowing to the shady comfort of kids crafts at the Crayola Creativity Tent, Musikfest has something for art lovers of all ages.

New this year is the stunning Kaleidoscope Meditation Chamber located in the sculpture garden of Familienplatz in Bethlehem’s Colonial Industrial Quarter. Designed and handcrafted by ArtsQuest’s Glass Studio artists, the sculpture is inspired by the music and colors of the festival and celebrates Musikfest’s 35th anniversary with 35 music notes adorning the top of the steel chamber. The sculpture is then surrounded by more than 100 glass discs that reflect a rainbow of light. With a doorway to go inside, this interactive artwork allows viewers to experience it from all angles and is the perfect spot for meditation or a selfie.

Festers can also join in on the creativity and paint on the walls of the new Paint Shack Community Art Project at Familienplatz. The Paint Shack is a small house wrapped in clear plastic that guests can mark up with Crayola paint markers and paint, helping to create a giant sun catcher.
