Collector Car Auction, Music Extravaganza Set for Oct. 24 in Allentown, PA



 

ALLENTOWN, Pa.Sept. 11, 2015 – Teel Auctions and American Automotive & Restoration will host an afternoon of classic cars and music at 1 p.m. October 24 in Allentown, Pa. The event will include car displays, auction sales and music memorabilia. performances by singer J.T. Carter of the Crests (of “16 Candles” fame) and more.

The event begins at 1 p.m. with music and continues throughout the afternoon with the auction of classic, antique and collector vehicles. Carter and the “Flirtin’ with the Mob” show band will perform during breaks in the auctioneering. The auction is set for 2020 Hamilton Street in Allentown. Bidding and listening is also available online at: teelauctions.com/bidding.

The cars will be sold either without reserve or with an announced reserve equal to the lowest average value for that model published on hagerty.com, the collector car website.
Vehicles to be sold are listed at teelauctions.com Consignments are welcome. Consigners pay $200 per vehicle to participate, regardless of sale. Commission on sale is 5% of the vehicle selling price. Title services are available onsite day of sale. Purchasers pay a 12% buyer’s premium with a 2% discount for cash or check.

Admission to the event is $5, which covers the entertainment. Light refreshments are available.
