ArtsQuest Presents 7th Musikfest Golf Tournament on July 8

Bethlehem, PA—Fore! Golf aficionados and Musikfest fans are coming together in support of the nation’s largest free music festival when the 7th annual Musikfest Golf Tournament presented by B Braun Medical and Tri Outdoor tees off July 8 in Bethlehem. The event, which starts at 11 a.m., takes place at the Bethlehem Golf Club, located at 400 Illick’s Mill Road. Registrations can be made online at www.musikfest.org or in person at the ArtsQuest Center at SteelStacks, 101 Founders Way, Bethlehem.

A unique four-man scramble, the Musikfest Golf Tournament features food stops at several holes where golfers enjoy Musikfest favorites served by some of the festival’s most popular vendors including roasted corn by Aw Shucks, chipwiches by Bethlehem Dairy Store, hamburgers by Heaven on a Bun, smoothies by Island Expressions and gyros by Theo’s Gyros. There will also be beer provided by Banko Beverage and other non-alcoholic refreshments provided by Coca-Cola. The afternoon concludes with a delicious buffet catered by MMG concessions and the awarding of a variety of great prizes.

The Musikfest Golf Tournament is limited to 36 foursomes and includes two flights. Prizes are awarded to the top teams in each flight, as well as for the longest and straightest drives and the closest shot to the pin. In addition, any golfer who scores a hole in one on the 14th hole will win a brand new Chevrolet automobile courtesy of Chevy 21 of Bethlehem.

Registration for the tournament is $550 per foursome or $150 per person. Entry fee includes greens fees, golf cart, Musikfest gift bag and food & beverages.

Sponsors helping to make the Musikfest Golf Tournament possible include presenting partner B Braun Medical and presenting media partner Tri Outdoor, as well as Bethlehem Golf Club, MMG Concessions, Chevy 21, Christmas City Printing, Deiter Brothers, Martin Guitar, Service Electric Cable TV & Communications and Moravian Graduate.
