ARTSQUEST, Bethlehem is looking for volunteers (adult supervision for age 14-15) to join the best music festival in North America – Musikfest! CEDARBROOK SENIOR CARE AND REHAB, Allentown is looking for a cheerful volunteer with some cashier experience to run their Gift Shop from 12:30-3:30pm every Saturday. Their residents love to shop, as well as family members, guests, and staff. A volunteer is also needed to assist residents with painting wooden craft projects from 2-3pm every Thursday. FEED THE CHILDREN, Bethlehem is accepting volunteer applications for their Teacher Store where teachers from Title I school districts have the opportunity to shop for free school supplies four days a month. Dedicated, outgoing volunteers are needed from 1:30-5pm every Wednesday of the month to help with check-in/out, assist shoppers, restock the store during the week. HISTORIC BETHLEHEM MUSEUMS & SITES is looking for volunteers for their Blueberry Festival, July 20 and 21, at the Burnside Plantation. Volunteer opportunities include: dessert tent, admissions, parking, Blueberry Brewery (age 21+), Kid’s Club crafts, colonial dress up & games, runners, and more! Volunteer shifts are: Festival set-up; Monday through Friday, July 15-19 from 8am-3pm; Saturday, July 20 – 9:30am-1pm, 12:30-4pm, and 3:30-7pm; Sunday July 21-Clean-up 6-9pm. WESTMINSTER VILLAGE, Allentown is looking for volunteers to help independent and personal care residents fold cloth napkins (approx. 300-500) for their skilled nursing residents for 30 minutes to 1 hour between 1-3pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday; time may vary. The volunteer will transport the napkins from the laundry department to the folding group, sort the napkins by color for the residents, help bag them, and transport the napkins back to dining services.
