Sept. 14, starting at noon
SteelStacks, 101 Founders Way, Bethlehem, PA
Grab your family and friends and head to SteelStacks Sept. 14 to partake in a regional favorite at PierogiFest presented by Clubhouse Grille. The event will take place from noon to 6 p.m. and features a dozen varieties of delicious, potato-stuffed pierogis piled high with an assortment of toppings.
While the event is free to attend, guests must purchase a passport in order to sample the pierogis. The passport, which is good for a sampling of six gourmet pierogis, is $15 in advance or $20 day of event.
Among the delectable pierogis to be enjoyed are:
- Sautéed Taco Pierogis loaded with melted Cheddar Jack cheese, shredded chicken, lettuce and pico de gallo and drizzled with taco sauce
- Smothered Brisket Pierogis sautéed and smothered in tender beef brisket, gravy and cheddar cheese sauce
- Vegetarian Sautéed Caprese Pierogi topped with fresh mozzarella, tomato and balsamic glaze and crowned with fresh basil
Others varieties include reuben, crab, buffalo chicken, brats & kraut, veggie, garlic parm, pepperoni pizza, chili cheese and apple pie pierogis.
In addition to pierogis, the afternoon will feature live music, yard games and more. For tickets and more information on PierogiFest, visit www.steelstacks.org.
