Via of the Lehigh Valley Announces Staff Promotions

BETHLEHEM, Pa. (November 19, 2019) – Via of the Lehigh Valley is pleased to announce two recent staff promotions.

Sean Hartman has been named Director of Small Group Employment.  In this role, he will work with area businesses to maintain and grow Via’s Small Group Employment service, ViaWorks.   Through ViaWorks, businesses contract with Via to provide high-quality workers that strengthen and diversify their workforce while helping them remain competitive.  Sean has been with Via for seven years and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Alvernia University.

Chelsea Hamm has been named Community Connections Program Manager. She will supervise, direct and lead the Community Connections Department to ensure quality services are provided to the people Via serves.  Through Community Connections, people with disabilities gain access to different volunteer, educational and recreation opportunities in our community while working on vocational, socialization and communication skills. Chelsea has been with Via for five years and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Shippensburg University.
