FRIENDS OF JOHNSTON, Bethlehem needs help at Camel’s Hump Farm Nature Education Center 9am- 1:00pm Saturday and Sunday mornings. We have projects for all ages and ranges of abilities! HISPANIC CENTER LEHIGH VALLEY, Basilio Huertas Senior Center, Bethlehem is looking for artistic volunteers to instruct and encourage seniors (mostly Spanish speakers) in groups of 25 in a painting activity. NEW BETHANY MINISTRIES, Bethlehem – Please join us to make POPPIES OF REMEMBRANCE /LANTERNS OF HOPE kits for a new community fundraiser in partnership with Musikfest. Meet at the Visitor Center at SteelStacks, Ruins Parking Lot 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on 6/7, 6/8, 6/21, 6/22, OR 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. on 6/7, 6/8. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs of sand unassisted to fill bags and place candles. Kit making will be held outdoors under a tent, rain or shine. Minimum Age 15, or 10 with adult. NORTHAMPTON CO. HISTORICAL & GENEALOGICAL SOCIETY, Easton needs Visitor Services Representatives to welcome guests to the museum and provide information about our programs and services. They also assist patrons with admissions, program fees, gift shop purchases, and actively promote NCHGS membership. Training is provided and shifts of 3-4 hours are available Thursday through Sunday.
