New Women Owned Coffee and Dessert Shop Opens in the Poconos

Pocono Dessert Co. is Now Open!

Swiftwater, PA: A new women owned coffee and dessert shop is now open in Swiftwater, PA! Pocono Dessert Co. opened their doors at 2185 on Route 611 on January 6th with custom made desserts, hot coffee, breakfast sandwiches, and treats for all of the Pocono community.

Pocono Dessert Co. is co-owned by Tracey Eisler-Lopez, nicknamed “The Talent”, and Courtney Quaresimo, coined “The Brains”. Both are very excited to be helping make their community a sweeter place together.

“These past two years have taught me that life is just too short to not follow your dreams. I’m so grateful for the support of my family, friends and community,” says Tracey Eisler-Lopez, co-owner of Pocono Dessert Co. “With their help and encouragement, I’m finally making my dream become a reality!”

About Pocono Dessert Co.: Located in Swiftwater, Pennsylvania, Pocono Dessert Co. came about during 2020 as a small made-to-order dessert business. Since then, Pocono Dessert opened their first store in Swiftwater and is excited to be a part of the Pocono Community. Their main craft is custom made desserts, but they also offer breakfast and lunch at the shop.
