On Wednesday May 11, the Emmaus Main Street Partners, East Penn Chamber and Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce are bringing our community together to celebrate Life Advance Fitness in the Borough of Emmaus. They’ve been here for a few years but due to Covid couldn’t celebrate in true Chamber fashion so we’re excited to finally put this gathering together. All are welcome to join! Walk-ins are welcome too!

Founder and owner Vince shares the creed of his organization “The only style that matters at LAF is lifestyle. I promise to take a dedicated approach to improve my overall well-being by controlling my controllables. By focusing on the positives and blurring out the negatives, we create a sturdy foundation to become stronger than we were yesterday.”

Vince is a Lehigh Valley native, born and raised in Allentown PA. After a competitive high school & college career in basketball, football, and track and field, Vince found his true calling and the world of fitness. After working several physical and backbreaking jobs, he then decided to get back into school and really mastered the science behind the craft he was passionate about. This landed Vince at Bryan University seeking his Bachelor’s degree in Professional Fitness Training & Exercise Science. Upon graduation Vince found himself at the larger premier gyms in the Lehigh Valley where he worked as a trainer then a manager before leaving at the highest title of Regional Fitness Director. After several years at this level his passion and desire to create an entire fitness community that was geared and motivated around his vision and his training philosophy left Vince with no choice but to branch out on his own path. Along this path, he founded Life Advance Fitness where he opened the doors to other likeminded trainers and members that want a lifestyle-oriented approach to fitness. And only his first year of operating Life Advanced Fitness was able to take home the ‘Top Fitness Center in the Lehigh Valley’ award which was presented by the Lehigh Valley Business reader rankings in 2019. With a new location on the main auto mile strip and Emmaus PA we are excited to see what Vince and life Advance fitness bring to our entire community!
