HNL Lab Medicine Kutztown-Maxatawny Patient Service Center to celebrate grand opening with ribbon cutting

LEHIGH VALLEY, PA –   HNL Lab Medicine is pleased to announce the upcoming relocation of their patient service center to the Maxatawny Marketplace shopping mall. The move will help to streamline HNL’s patient care experience by increasing patient access and overall convenience.

The current HNL Kutztown location at 333 Normal Avenue will close on October 15, with an official reopening date of October 17 at 15100 Kutztown Rd., Unit #2. A public Grand Reopening Event is scheduled for October 27 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and will include a ribbon cutting ceremony, refreshments, and giveaways. The new facility’s hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

“We are always proud to put our patients’ needs first, and that is reflected in the design of our new facility,” said Jessica Bargilione, director of marketing for HNL. “This latest move embodies our dedication to providing proper patient care when needed, where needed.”

As with all other HNL patient service centers, the Kutztown location does not require appointments, and wait times are typically less than 15 minutes. All patients are encouraged to check in using the company’s website at www.HNL.com/Locations. Additionally, patients can sign up for the free patient portal MyHNLAccess, where they can easily view their results on their computer, smartphone, or other device and receive a text message when results are available.

HNL accepts all insurance plans and will directly bill a patient’s primary insurance company. HNL has achieved approval by Medicare and Medicaid, and has a patient-friendly billing policy offering payment plans and online billing support services. Self-pay options are available for either patients without insurance or for those participating in high-deductible healthcare plans. All patients can order their tests online through the direct access service, Lab Tests Direct, at www.HNLlabtestsdirect.com, for added convenience.
