Key directives include a wave of lateral appointments, internal promotions, the completion of a multi-million dollar renovation project to its corporate headquarters in downtown Allentown, and the creation of a centralized office in Philadelphia, which is slated to open its doors later this month.

Since its founding in 1976, Gross McGinley LLP has grown to include 35 attorneys who are seamlessly connected in three strategically located Pennsylvania-based offices, which currently include Allentown, Easton, and Stroudsburg. The Philadelphia office, located in Center City Philadelphia, is slated to open in late January 2025.

Under the direct leadership of John F. “Jack” Gross, Managing Partner, Loren L. Speziale, Deputy Managing Partner, and Samuel E. Cohen, Deputy Managing Partner, over the coming year, the organization will heavily focus on bolstering its organic growth plan, expanding its geographic footprint to new high-growth markets, and deepening its offerings to clients designed to adapt to their ever-changing needs.
