Crayola Store one of first to have Dandelion and seven additional fan-favorite retired crayon colors available for limited time
By popular demand, Crayola has brought back for a limited time a collection of eight nostalgic fan-favorite retired crayon colors, and they are now available at Crayola Experience in Easton, Pa.
The crayon colors making their return for a limited time are Dandelion, retired in 2017, Blizzard Blue, Magic Mint and Mulberry, retired in 2003, and Orange Red, Violet Blue, Lemon Yellow and Raw Umber, retired in 1990. Now in 2025, they’re back and ready to help color the world once again!
At Crayola Experience Easton, guests can purchase and fill tins with their custom mix of Crayola crayon and marker colors from the 40-foot-long Pick Your Pack wall in The Crayola Store adjacent to the attraction. The Limited Edition crayon colors will be included in the custom pack choices while supplies last—maximum of five (5) crayons per limited edition color per tin.
This is the first time in its 122-year history that Crayola—the brand that helps parents and teachers nurture creative kids and inspire creative moments—has brought back a collection of retired colors.
Starting this spring and throughout 2025, the Limited Edition retired color collection will be available in an assortment of products including crayons, markers and colored pencil packs; activity kits; and themed coloring books at most national retailers.
