Allentown, PA – Are you ready to embark on a journey to a better, longer life? Join the Blue Zones Project-Allentown Kickoff Event on Saturday April 19, 2025 from 10:00 AM-3:00 PM at PPL Center. This free, citywide celebration marks the public launch of an exciting initiative designed to transform Allentown into a place where healthy choices are the easiest to make. By working together, we can create a city where people live longer, healthier, and happier lives.

This event is FREE and open to all ages:

· LEARN about local resources, services, and programs available in your community

· EXPLORE the Blue Zones Power 9 throughout the event

· EAT wisely-enjoy free tasty and healthy bites throughout the event

· MOVE naturally with free activities like yoga, sports, and dancing

· CONNECT and create through art, music, and other free well-being activities

· Have FUN with a traditional egg hunt, tons of free giveaways
