Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Conducts Health Needs Assessment for People Identifying as Neurodivergent
ALLENTOWN, Pa. (June 10, 2025) — Good Shepherd Rehabilitation — in partnership with Lehigh University — is conducting a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) to better understand the needs of adults and children with autism, ADHD and other neurodivergent conditions in the greater Lehigh Valley.
Understanding these needs will help Good Shepherd to develop and improve the treatments and services provided in the region.
Good Shepherd developed a survey to be completed by:
- People who identify as neurodivergent (i.e., autism, ADHD, brain injury)
- Families and caregivers of neurodivergent individuals
- Clinical and service providers providing services to the neurodivergent community
Take Good Shepherd’s CHNA survey at https://www.goodshepherdrehab.org/chna2025.
Please share the survey with any appropriate individuals or organizations to provide feedback. The survey is anonymous and will remain open until June 30, 2025.
Thank you for helping us to better serve individuals with autistic and neurodivergent conditions.
