Bethlehem, PA – August 5, 2025 – The Greater Lehigh Valley Auto Dealers Association (GLVADA) is proud to announce a new annual partnership with St. Luke’s University Health Network to support their Child Safety Seat Program, which provides families in the region with life-saving car seats and injury prevention resources.

As the 2025 beneficiary of GLVADA’s annual Golf Outing—set for August 25, 2025, at Woodstone Country Club—the program will receive $11,750 in funding. This donation will help expand access to car seats and educational materials for families across the Lehigh Valley.

“We are thrilled to receive this support from GLVADA,” said Andrea Nesfeder, MPH, Trauma Outreach Coordinator at St. Luke’s. “This funding will go a long way in protecting young lives and supporting parents throughout our community.”

The event will include a check presentation and photo opportunity with representatives from GLVADA and St. Luke’s, along with media coverage from WFMZ and St. Luke’s Marketing team. Nesfeder will also be present at the outing with a table of injury prevention materials and resources.

GLVADA’s commitment doesn’t end there—this funding will now become an annual contribution to the program, with the possibility of increased support as the need grows. Additional awareness efforts are planned for September’s National Child Safety Seat Month, with potential for local dealerships to participate in car seat donation drives.

The GLVADA and Lehigh Valley Auto Show logos will appear on all program forms and vouchers, and may also be included as a sticker on car seat packaging.

“This is the start of an incredible partnership,” said Nesfeder. “GLVADA’s support means more children will be riding safely—and that’s a powerful impact.”
