Bethlehem Morning Star Rotary Club Presents the 21st Annual “Salute the Troops” Concert Featuring the Allentown Band

Honoring Veterans, Supporting Victory House of Lehigh Valley

BETHLEHEM, PA — [November 4, 2025] — The Bethlehem Morning Star Rotary Club proudly announces the 21st annual Salute the Troops concert, featuring the renowned Allentown Band, on Sunday, November 9, 2025, from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Northeast Middle School, 1170 Fernwood Street, Bethlehem.

This beloved community tradition brings together families, veterans, and music lovers from across the Lehigh Valley to celebrate America’s heroes through stirring, familiar patriotic music performed by the oldest civilian concert band in the United States—The Allentown Band.

The concert is a heartfelt tribute to all veterans and active-duty members of the U.S. Armed Forces whose courage, sacrifice, and dedication protect the freedoms we all cherish.

This year’s Salute the Troops concert once again benefits Victory House of Lehigh Valley, an accredited Veteran Service Agency providing critical support to homeless veterans in our community. Victory House offers emergency shelter, transitional housing, case management, counseling and life skills education to help men rebuild their lives and rejoin society as productive, self-sufficient citizens.

“When you attend the Salute the Troops concert, you’re not just enjoying an incredible performance—you’re helping change lives,” said Rodney Conn, President of the Bethlehem Morning Star Rotary Club. “Your participation directly supports veterans right here in the Lehigh Valley who are working hard to rebuild their futures.”

The Bethlehem Morning Star Rotary Club has been a proud partner of Victory House for many years, with residents and volunteers from Victory House providing invaluable support to the concert and other Rotary service projects — from setup and cleanup to community outreach.

The Salute the Troops concert embodies the Rotary motto, “Service Above Self.” The Bethlehem Morning Star Rotary Club, part of Rotary International’s global network of 46,000 clubs, is dedicated to advancing humanitarian and charitable causes both locally and around the world.
