Dance back in time with Historic Hotel Bethlehem’s Masquerade Ball

Special New Year’s Eve event honors Jazz Age good times

Bethlehem, Pennsylvania (November 7, 2025) – Historic Hotel Bethlehem is bringing back a jazz age tradition this New Year’s Eve – the masquerade ball. “These fancy dress galas were a highlight of the social scene in the jazz age when the hotel was brand new and we love to invite the community to fun throw back events,” said Kelly Ronalds, Director of Room Sales and Guest Experience.

Historic ads highlight Hotel Bethlehem’s luxury and formal event popularity
Historic Hotel Bethlehem’s team recently discovered a 1920s edition of Vogue Magazine that features an ad for the “new hotel” noting that it is, “Luxuriously appointed” and “well furnished.”

Just one page away, there’s an ad to buy masquerade wear.

Ronalds said, “It’s so interesting to see how luxurious experiences have been important elements of our historic destination from the very beginning. We’ll be leaning into that for the New Year’s Eve Masquerade Ball.”
