Lehighton, PA: Old Homestead Tree Farm, a family-owned farm with roots dating back to the late 1700s, is excited to announce the opening of its 2025 season on Friday, November 28th. Visitors are invited to step into a winter wonderland filled with holiday cheer, festive activities, and a wide selection of Christmas trees.
Located at 1165 Strohl’s Valley Road in Lehighton, PA, the 200+ acre farm offers over 25 tree varieties, including cut-your-own and pre-cut. Guests can also explore handcrafted wreaths ranging from 10 inches to 3 feet, seasonal decorations, and homemade treats. On weekends, visitors can enjoy hot chocolate, apple cider, and other seasonal refreshments while strolling the farm.
Old Homestead Tree Farm provides a hands-on experience for families and visitors of all ages. Customers can cut their own tree with free bailing, mechanical shaking, and tree carts provided for easy transport. Tree sizes range from tabletop options to 14 feet tall, featuring varieties such as Colorado Blue Spruce, Concolor Fir, Douglas Fir, and Fraser Fir.
As a property granted to the family in the William Penn Land Grant of the late 1700s, Old Homestead Tree Farm has been a beloved destination for generations, offering over two centuries of farming traditions and seasonal joy.
