REGISTRATION FOR WRITE STUFF CONFERENCE OPENS NOVEMBER 28

Registration for the 2026 Write Stuff Writers’ Conference, presented by the Greater Lehigh Valley Writers Group (GLWVG), opens on November 28. One of the premier writing events in the area, the conference welcomes writers in all genres, at all levels of publication, from unpublished to several writing credits. The conference will be held on March 12-14, 2026, at Homewood Suites Center Valley, 3350 Center Parkway, Center Valley, PA.

Cyber Week prices run from November 28, 2025, to December 5, 2025, for GLVWG members, students, and non-members. Early Bird prices are available between December 6, 2025, through January 15, 2026. After January 15, 2026, regular registration rates will apply. Conference registration deadline is March 1, 2026, or until the hotel’s maximum capacity has been reached.

New York Times-bestselling author Kristin Bair is the keynote speaker and main presenter. Bair writes fiercely (and humorously) about women—those navigating the demands of family, ambition, and identity while confronting the patriarchal structures that hold them back. Her fourth novel, Clementine Crane Prefers Not To, follows a woman radicalized by her very first hot flash of perimenopause. She is also the author of Agatha Arch Is Afraid of Everything (a People magazine Best New Book), The Art of Floating, and Thirsty, along with essays on topics ranging from China and bears to expats gone rogue. Bair will be presenting two half-day workshops as well as a breakout session on Saturday.

Award-winning middle grade author and GLVWG member Donna Galanti will present “Launch Your Author Brand and Platform: A 10-Step System to Build Brand, Connect with Readers, and Sell Books” on Friday, March 13 from 9 a.m.-12 noon, and editor Dr. Lawrence Knorr of Sunbury Press will offer A Publishing Workshop for Authors and Independent Presses, a half-day session that will cover several hot topics in the world of publishing—current industry trends, impact of gen-AI on book publishing, and the top 10 ways to sell more books.

Along with the intensive workshops, the conference will feature appointment-only pitch sessions with Knorr as well as agents Ronald Gerber of Lowenstein Associates and Kelly Bergh of Lucinda Literary; a special Page Cuts critique session, 20 breakout sessions on Saturday featuring author Christina Chiu, agent Amy Giuffrida, and creative nonfiction writer Rae Pagliarulo, networking opportunities, a book fair, and photo session appointments for author head shots with Lehigh Valley-based photographer Joan Zachary.

Recorded sessions will be available for a limited time after the event for those who cannot attend the conference. Registered conferees under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, with separate registration. For a complete schedule, list of presenters, and rate schedule, visit glvwg.org.
