Lehigh Valley, Pa. (November 26, 2025) –Volunteers from a local non-profit delivered more than 120 Thanksgiving meals to neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) families and pediatric patients across Jefferson Health who are spending the holiday in the hospital.

The meals were shared with NICU families at Jefferson Abington Hospital, Jefferson Einstein Montgomery Hospital, Jefferson Einstein Philadelphia Hospital, Lehigh Valley Hospital—Pocono; Lehigh Valley Hospital—Cedar Crest and Lehigh Valley Hospital—Muhlenberg. Meals were also delivered to patients at Lehigh Valley Reilly Children’s Hospital.

The festive holiday feast, complete with turkey and all the fixings, was made possible by Today is a Good Day, an organization that provides resources and support to NICU families across the Philadelphia region. This is the eighth year that the organization has generously donated Thanksgiving meals to Jefferson Health’s patients and families.
