HARRISBURG – For the eighth straight year, Capital Blue Cross has been honored as one of the “Best Places to Work in PA,” extending a streak that started in 2018.

The health insurer was among only 38 companies to make the large-employer list, which encompasses businesses with 250 or more employees.
