Lehighton, PA – Andreas Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. of Lehighton is excited to announce the return of its 5-Star Scholarship for the Class of 2026. This year, Andreas Plumbing will award five $500 scholarships, totaling $2,500, to seniors from Lehighton Area High School, Palmerton Area High School, Jim Thorpe Area High School, the Carbon Career and Technical Institute (CCTI), and the Lehigh Career & Technical Institute (LCTI). Eligible students must plan to attend an accredited college, university, or technical school to study heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) or plumbing. Graduating trade students entering an HVAC or plumbing apprenticeship program, or securing employment in the industry upon graduation, are also encouraged to apply.
The 5-Star Scholarship was created to support and inspire students pursuing careers in the HVAC and plumbing trades, fields that continue to grow rapidly as technology evolves and the demand for skilled technicians increases. With new advancements emerging each year, today’s students can bring fresh ideas, technical expertise, and innovation to these essential industries. Andreas Plumbing recognizes the importance of nurturing the next generation of talent and remains committed to helping hardworking, motivated students build strong and successful futures.
“We’re proud to continue this scholarship for the Class of 2026,” said Danielle Andreas, co-owner of Andreas Plumbing. “Investing in young people who are passionate about the trades is one of the most meaningful ways we can give back to our community. The HVAC and plumbing industries are growing quickly, and there is a real need for skilled, dedicated individuals. We’re excited to support students who want to build their careers here, and we’re always excited to welcome new talent to the field. We also look forward to partnering with local schools again this year to have our technicians speak with students about what a rewarding career path this can be.”
The Andreas Plumbing 5-Star Scholarship may be used to help offset the cost of tuition, books, or tools for 2026 graduates pursuing HVAC or plumbing education or apprenticeships. Current trade students who will transition directly into full-time HVAC or plumbing employment after graduation may also use the scholarship to help cover required tool expenses. All scholarship funds must be used within one year of the award date. The deadline to apply is Monday, April 6, 2026.
