“Stay in Love with Your Craft”
Saturday, February 28, 2026
3:00-4:00 PM
Dorothy H. Baker Recital Hall
at Community Music School
Stay in Love with Your Craft asks a question every artist faces sooner or later: How do you keep loving what you do when the pressure gets real?
Join Chamber Music Lehigh Valley & Community Music School for an hour of virtuosic performances, storytelling, and interactive dialogue led by five emerging artists from The Juilliard School and Curtis Institute of Music.
Featuring music performances spanning Bach, Debussy, Paganini, and Brahms, alongside fresh surprise voices, this hour will blend breathtaking playing with honest conversation about the journey of becoming an artist: discipline, doubt, breakthroughs, identity, and the turning points that shape a musician’s life.
Come for the artistry, and stay for the truth behind it – the “why” that keeps musicians practicing, performing, and growing. You’ll leave recharged and more connected to the craft you love – whether you’re building your voice as a young artist or simply trying to stay inspired by the thing that matters most to you.
