Valley Preferred Cycling Center Announces 2026 Racing Schedule — Celebrating 50 Years of Track Cycling Excellence



Trexlertown, PA — February 13, 2026 — The Valley Preferred Cycling Center (VPCC), North America’s premier outdoor velodrome, today announced its 2026 racing schedule, marking the organization’s landmark 50th Anniversary season. Headlining the summer calendar is the beloved Friday Nights Under the Lights professional racing series—an electrifying blend of world-class competition and family-friendly entertainment that has defined summer in the Lehigh Valley for generations.

From May through August, Friday nights at T-Town will once again feature elite international track cycling alongside kid-focused activities including fun games, bounce houses, community celebrations, and themed race nights—all culminating in a season-long celebration of five decades of racing history.

A 50th Season Celebration

The 2026 season celebrates the Velodrome’s legacy as a training ground for Olympians, world champions, and national champions while remaining a vibrant community hub. Over five decades, more than 20,000 youth and adults have participated in VPCC development programs, establishing T-Town as the heart of American track cycling.

Opening Night on May 29 will launch the anniversary season with professional racing, special recognitions, and fireworks—honoring the people and partnerships that shaped the facility’s history.
