ALLENTOWN, PA — March 16, 2026 — After a smashing debut that drew more than 20,000 attendees last year, Fiesta on Hamilton is returning in 2026 with even more opportunities to celebrate Hispanic culture in the heart of Downtown Allentown.
The annual festival will take place on Sunday, May 17, from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM, transforming Hamilton Street into a vibrant cultural destination filled with music, food, family activities, and community resources.
Fiesta on Hamilton is made possible through a partnership between the Allentown Chamber of Commerce, Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and La Mega 101.7 FM, and the City of Allentown, with title sponsor Valley Health Partners, bringing together community leaders, local businesses, and residents to celebrate the diversity and cultural richness of the region.
Building on last year’s success, Fiesta on Hamilton will expand significantly this year, stretching from 8th Street to 12th Street, allowing more space for vendors, performances, and community engagement.
One of the new major additions for 2026 is a second stage dedicated to local artists and music groups, giving performers from across the Lehigh Valley the opportunity to showcase their talent and be part of one of the region’s largest Latino cultural celebrations.
This year’s festival will also feature a powerful lineup of internationally recognized artists. Headlining the event will be the legendary Queen of Merengue from the Dominican Republic, Milly Quezada, alongside bachata sensation Óptimo and renowned salsa star Charlie Cruz, bringing a full day of high-energy Latin music to the main stage.
The event will once again feature live music, authentic Latin cuisine, cultural performances, family-friendly entertainment, and dozens of local vendors and community organizations.
Returning this year is Valley Health Partners, which will host a Family Health Fair, offering important health resources, screenings, and information to support the community’s well-being.
“After seeing more than 20,000 people come together last year to celebrate Hispanic culture, we knew this event had the potential to grow into something even bigger,” said Victor Martinez of La Mega 101.7 FM. “Expanding the footprint from 8th Street to 12th Street and adding a second stage will allow us to showcase even more local talent while continuing to celebrate the music, culture, and traditions that make our community so vibrant.”
Opportunities to participate are still available! Please reach out to Brittney Ciardi at brittneyc@lehighvalleychamber.org for sponsorship opportunities and Emily Brosky at emilyb@lehighvalleychamber.org for vendor opportunities.
With thousands expected to attend again this year, Fiesta on Hamilton continues to grow as one of the largest celebrations of Hispanic culture in the Lehigh Valley.
