Harvest for Hope <3

America’s Grow-a-Row in Hunterdon County grows, gleans, and gives fresh produce to our neighbors in need through the efforts of thousands of volunteers each year. Our volunteer events take place Monday-Friday, 9am-12pm, from mid-June through mid-November at our Clinton area farms. During volunteer events, we start with a brief introduction of how we got started, what you’ll be doing, and why your volunteering makes a difference. Then we go off to the fields to harvest a crop. At the end of the event, we tell you how many thousands of pounds of produce you harvested and how many people you fed. The numbers are always inspiring! Volunteers of all ages are welcome, but anyone under 16 needs to be accompanied by an adult. No previous experience required, as we provide all instructions and tools needed. Groups can be as big as 250 volunteers! Corporations, families, scouts, schools, faith-based groups, and more are welcomed. Thank you!

We’ll provide everything you need to guide the students. We’d love to have your support!

Join our Stream Team at Whitehall Township Jordan Greenway…

If you’re ready to go with the flow, join Wildlands Conservancy on Friday, June 12, 2026, from 8am-11am as we maintain vegetative areas along streams (riparian buffers) and help ensure the survival of young, native trees in the forest buffer. These vital areas improve water quality in local communities, reduce erosion and flooding concerns, and provide habitat for wildlife. Volunteers will maintain tubes placed over the trees to protect them from deer, remove invasive vegetation, straighten any leaning trees, and re-stake if necessary. Volunteers must be 16 years or older OR be accompanied by a parent/guardian if under 16. Volunteers must be able to work outside for the duration of the shift on uneven ground. Stream Team events will run rain or shine except for severe weather conditions. Park: Home Depot 1350 MacArthur Rd, Whitehall, PA 18052

Walks, Wiggles, and Wags!

The Center for Animal Health & Welfare is looking for caring and active volunteers to walk dogs at the Center for Animal Health & Welfare! Having volunteers walk our dogs helps them get out of their kennels for longer and lets them meet new people, which can make them more adoptable! Interested volunteers will first need to attend an orientation and complete the dog walking training.
