Valley Preferred Cycling Center Celebrates the End of the 2019 Season with the Madison Cup and Fireworks Display!

(Breinigsville, PA) The Valley Preferred Cycling Center wraps up the 2019 World Series of Bicycling Summer Season on Friday, August 23rd with its traditional season-ending Madison Cup followed by the ever popular fireworks display presented by the J.S. Burkholder and Schmoyer Funeral Homes.

The evening kicks off with a full schedule of Madison racing featuring the pairing of hometown heroes Bobby Lea and Shane Kline taking on the New Zealand duo of Dylan Simpson and George Jackson.  Rider of the Year Tom Rotherham and partner, local junior star, Nate Roberts will try to play spoiler!  On the women’s side Rider of the Year Colleen Gulick is paired up with Olivia Rey pitted against the strong local duos of Jessica Chong and Kim Zubris, the team of Elspeth Huyett and Vanessa Romano as well as other pairs from the region and beyond.

In addition to the Madison events, the evening will also feature a Sprint Invitational that includes a Keirin Final.

Fireworks are scheduled to begin immediately following the conclusion of racing.  Tickets are available online here or at the box office on the day of the event,   The box office opens at 5:30pm and racing begins at 7:00pm.

The Vally Preferred Cycling Center is located at 1151 Mosser Road, Breinigsville PA. Parking is free.
