Fall-Risk Screening Clinic

Join Good Shepherd Rehabilitation – Slate Belt, 422 Blue Valley Drive, Bangor, PA 18013, for one of four free screening clinics. We’ll help you determine your fall risk and what you can do about it. Our team will perform screenings and offer professional guidance to identify and decrease your risk factors, helping you maintain an active, healthy and safe lifestyle.
Each month from May 2025 through August 2025, we’ll have free screenings and evaluation stations from the expert outpatient therapy team at Slate Belt.
Friends and family are welcome. Light refreshments will be served.
