Ethnic Food Takeover will take place<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>April 17-19, 2020.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Lehigh Valley, PA<\/strong> \u2013 The Business and the Diversity Councils of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, has created an initiative to help Ethnic-owned restaurants market their availability for takeout and delivery services called Ethnic Food Takeover Initiative, to be held April 17-19. The open call for restaurants to sign up starts now via the Business and Diversity Councils\u2019 webpage: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lehighvalleychamber.org\/business--diversity-councils.html\">https:\/\/www.lehighvalleychamber.org\/business&#8211;diversity-councils.html<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Ethnic Food Takeover Initiative will focus on small businesses owned and operated by entrepreneurs that serve ethnic food. There are no fees to participate and restaurants don\u2019t have to be members of The Chamber. The goal of the initiative is to help bring awareness of the diverse array of ethnic food establishments in the Lehigh Valley and to keep them afloat during the economic downturn of the COVID-19 crisis.
