The Business and Diversity Councils of The Chamber present the Ethnic Food Takeover Part 2 <\/em>\u00a0to promote ethnic restaurants with takeout and delivery service to combat the economic impact of the COVID-19 crisis. Ethnic Food Takeover will take place<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a0May 22-24, 2020.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Lehigh Valley, PA<\/strong> \u2013 The Business and Diversity Councils of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, has created an initiative to help Ethnic-owned restaurants market their availability for takeout and delivery services called Ethnic Food Takeover Initiative, the first weekend was held on 17-19. Since the Business and Diversity Councils received positive feedback and requests to replicate this weekend, Ethnic Food takeover Part 2 will take place on May 22-24. Our restaurant list has been kept live and will continue to be after the weekend of May 22. The open call for restaurants to sign up starts now via the Business and Diversity Councils\u2019 webpage: https:\/\/www.lehighvalleychamber.org\/businessanddiversity.html<\/a><\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Ethnic Food Takeover Initiative will focus on small businesses that are owned and operated by entrepreneurs that serve diverse ethnic food here in the Lehigh Valley. There are no fees to participate and restaurants don\u2019t have to be members of The Chamber. The goal of the initiative is to help bring awareness of the diverse array of ethnic food establishments in the Lehigh Valley and to keep them afloat during the economic downturn of the COVID-19 crisis and beyond.
