The featured people on the billboards say, \u201cI AM the Allentown Rescue Mission.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Doug faced unforeseen circumstances in his life that led him to become homeless. After he found his way to the Allentown Rescue Mission, his life, spirituality, and health changed for the better.<\/p>\n<p>John and Jane gave back to the Allentown Rescue Mission, a landmark of Allentown, after their retirement. They believe in the concept of \u201cneighbors helping neighbors.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Mrs. Pennsylvania, Rebecca West, has been volunteering at the Allentown Rescue Mission for almost a year. She more recently started getting her family involved as well, so her son can learn he too can help and make a difference.<\/p>\n<p>A graduate of the Transformation Program, Jeff, says that the Allentown Rescue Mission got him back on his feet.
