{"id":101414,"date":"2020-06-22T23:16:03","date_gmt":"2020-06-23T03:16:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.thevalleyledger.com\/?p=101414"},"modified":"2020-06-22T23:16:03","modified_gmt":"2020-06-23T03:16:03","slug":"musikfest-ironpigs-announce-partnership","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thevalleyledger.com\/?p=101414","title":{"rendered":"Musikfest, IronPigs announce partnership"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"center\">\u2018Festers Cap &amp; Musikfest Mug package available now<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Allentown, Pennsylvania (22 June 2020)<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 With COVID-19 significantly impacting events on a global scale, the Lehigh Valley\u2019s two landmark summer institutions, Musikfest and IronPigs baseball, are among the local organizations most drastically affected by the pandemic.\u00a0 With large gatherings prohibited and social distancing still in play, Musikfest recently announced the annual celebration will be held virtually this August, while the IronPigs continue to await a final decision on their 2020 season as Opening Day was suspended indefinitely in April.\u00a0 Both organizations have hosted smaller events in recent months, continuing to find ways to support the community.\u00a0 Now the two iconic brands are joining creative forces, as they have in the past, in support of each other\u2019s business efforts under such difficult circumstances.<\/p>\n<p>The Lehigh Valley IronPigs and ArtsQuest have partnered to offer a unique merchandise package featuring both a Musikfest mug and an IronPigs \u2018Festers cap, currently available for purchase at <a title=\"ShopIronPigs.com\" href=\"http:\/\/shopironpigs.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=http:\/\/ShopIronPigs.com&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1592967867174000&amp;usg=AFQjCNGEv0_Qe8uJbP3_tnojJob4KQ039A\"> ShopIronPigs.com<\/a>. It was a small cup and pitcher and has evolved over time to what it is today \u2013 a colorful 24-ounce insulated mug. The \u2018Festers cap features the IronPigs logo and celebrates the color and design scheme of this year\u2019s Musikfest underneath the brim of the cap.\u00a0 The \u2018Festers logo was developed jointly by the two organizations over 4 years ago when the two brands partnered for the first time to celebrate at Coca-Cola Park.\u00a0 The cap was originally scheduled to be distributed this summer on July 30<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0at the IronPigs\u2019 annual \u201cFesters Night,\u201d presented by Service Electric Cable TV.<\/p>\n<p>IronPigs and Musikfest fans across the Lehigh Valley can go to <a href=\"http:\/\/shopironpigs.com\/\">ShopIronPigs.com<\/a> to purchase their 2020 Musikfest mug and adjustable \u2018Festers cap starting today for $25!
