Prior to joining Good Shepherd, Adamshick worked at New York-Presbyterian Morgan Stanley Children\u2019s Hospital in New York City. Adamshick earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice and her master\u2019s degree in Family Primary Care from Pace University, as well as her bachelor\u2019s in Nursing from New York University. Jacqueline also holds master\u2019s and bachelor\u2019s degrees in Business Administration from Villanova University, where she was a Division I scholarship women\u2019s basketball player and team captain. A Lehigh Valley native, Adamshick is a graduate of Central Catholic High School, where she was a two-time state basketball champion.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\">\n<p><strong>Cynthia Bauer, PT, DPT, MBA, MSPT, OCS,<\/strong> has been promoted to administrative director of risk and compliance, overseeing risk and compliance functions for GSRN\u2019s inpatient, outpatient, long-term care, long-term acute care and home health services. Bauer started her Good Shepherd career as a physical therapist and advanced to clinical and administrative managerial, risk management and regulatory compliance roles. She most recently earned her master\u2019s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Administration from DeSales University. Bauer holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and is a board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\">\n<p><strong>Stacey Brown, MSN, RN,<\/strong> has been hired as director of nursing at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.goodshepherdrehab.org\/location\/good-shepherd-specialty-hospital\/\">Good Shepherd Specialty Hospital<\/a> in Bethlehem. In this role, Brown will work as part of the Specialty Hospital leadership team to oversee, implement and evaluate all nursing programs and operations, including recruitment, coaching, care and clinical outcomes. Brown comes to Good Shepherd with an extensive background in nursing management, having served previously as the emergency department nurse manager at St. Luke\u2019s University Health Network in Quakertown and Pocono Medical Center. Brown also held various roles at Reading Health System and LaFollette Medical Center in Tennessee. Brown earned her bachelor\u2019s degree in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing in Addison, Illinois, and her master\u2019s degree in Nursing Administration from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\">\n<p><strong>Federica Maranzana, MSN, CRNP, AGCNP-C,<\/strong> has been hired as a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.goodshepherdrehab.org\/doctor\/federica-maranzana-msn-crnp-agpcnp-c\/\">nurse practitioner<\/a> with the Good Shepherd Physician Group, focusing on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.goodshepherdrehab.org\/condition\/transitional-care-management-program\/\">transitional care<\/a>. Maranzana earned her master\u2019s degree in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania and her bachelor\u2019s degree in Nursing from the University of Pittsburgh. She completed clinical rotations at St. Mary\u2019s Fairless Hills Medical Practice, Veterans Affairs Home Care, Penn Medicine Princeton Medicine Physicians, Veterans Affairs, CLC, and Family Practice Center of Newtown \u2013 all in the greater Philadelphia area.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\">\n<p><strong>Bianca Noel, PA-C, <\/strong>has been hired as a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.goodshepherdrehab.org\/doctor\/bianca-noel-pa-c\/\">physician assistant<\/a> based out of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.goodshepherdrehab.org\/location\/good-shepherd-rehabilitation-hospital-pediatric-unit\/\">Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Hospital<\/a> in Allentown. Noel previously worked at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, where she was a critical care physician assistant with experience in medical\/surgical, neuroscience and trauma ICUs. Noel earned her master\u2019s and bachelor\u2019s of Science degrees from Marywood University.
