There are approximately 5,000 tickets outstanding.

Lights in the Parkway opened the night after Thanksgiving and unlike other years it has stayed open seven days a week instead of five in anticipation of higher attendance.

Persons who may find themselves unable to use their tickets are asked to email their questions, concerns, and or feedback to EVENTS@allentownpa.gov. Due to the volume of inquiries there may be a delay in receiving a response.

Lightner said, “We will start in January to look at what changes we can make to improve the visitor experience next season. Lights in the Parkway is a 24-year-old tradition that sparks nostalgia. It is a labor of love for our park workers who put up the displays and for our staff workers and volunteers.

Information provided to TVL by:
Mike Moore
Communications Manager
Mayor’s Office
435 Hamilton Street
Allentown, PA 18101
Mike.Moore@allentownpa.gov
http://www.AllentownPA.gov

The city of Allentown’s Lights in the Parkway display will close for the season on December 24 two nights ahead of schedule.
