THE LEHIGH CONFERENCE OF CHURCHES, Allentown<\/a>\u00a0needs individual or group mentors to assist those recently released from jail, for their first 90 days, when they enroll in The Lazarus House, to increase the likelihood of success and prevent recidivism. The mentor will meet them on \u201cmove in day\u201d and help with acclimating to their new environment. They will help with figuring out bus schedules, apply for public assistance and employment services. The mentor should check in with their client once a week, in person or by phone.
