LEHIGH COUNTY, PA<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 State Senator Pat Browne (R-16) will host a special COVID-19 Vaccine Information Telephone Town Hall on Thursday, February 4, at 3:00 p.m. The Telephone Town Hall is designed to provide listeners with vital information related to the COVID-19 crisis, including where to get the shot, its safety and efficacy, the state\u2019s distribution plan, and much more.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Telephone Town Hall is free and available to the public.<\/p>\n Senator Browne will be joined by a panel of experts, each providing information on the COVID-19 vaccine. Participants include Joan Bradberry, Executive Director of the Senate Health and Human Services Committee, and local public health experts from Lehigh Valley Health Network.<\/p>\n \u201cMy office has been inundated with constituents looking for accurate and reliable information on the COVID-19 vaccine,\u201d Senator Browne said. \u201cThis panel of distinguished medical experts will leave participants with a better understanding of the vaccine itself, the state\u2019s rollout plan and where they can get the shot locally. I hope that as many residents of the Lehigh Valley as possible are able to participate in this informational program.\u201d<\/p>\n Constituents will have the opportunity to ask questions of the panel of experts during the one-hour call.<\/p>\n The Telephone Town Hall format allows the community to listen and participate in the discussion without the need to leave their homes.
