TO HOLD INAUGURAL STATE OF EPN ADDRESS\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

WEDNESDAY JANUARY 13th\u00a0<\/span>AT NURTURE NATURE CENTER<\/strong><\/p>\n

Community event will feature release of recent neighborhood survey results in West Ward.<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n

WHAT:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Easton Promise Neighborhood will host its first State of the EPN event next Wednesday<\/span> evening. Executive Director Dr. Yamil Sanchez Rivera will discuss the organization\u2019s 2015 achievements and its plans for 2016.<\/p>\n

EPN Manager Ammar Sharif and PNLV Data Manager Ewuradjoa Dawson-Amoah will share with attendees the findings of this past summer’s EPN Resident Survey. The door-to-door survey captured information about housing, education, healthcare, and other important quality of life issues affecting West Ward neighborhood residents. The Easton Promise Neighborhood is located in Census tract 142 and is bordered by 15th<\/sup> St., 10th<\/sup> St., Lehigh Drive, and Chidsey St.<\/p>\n

The Resident Survey also gave residents the opportunity to talk to EPN staff about the interests and concerns they have for the neighborhood, and\u00a0provided the organization with the information it needs to determine how best to assist residents moving forward.<\/p>\n
