Grabbed a bag of egg noodles and started to create a dish.<\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s what I came up with and it may not look the greatest from the photos, however the house smells amazing and taste class=\"code\">-AMAZONPOLLY-ONLYWORDS-END-<\/code><\/p>\n<p>Afterwards I made some adjustments, which I have added here.<\/p>\n<p>8 \u2013 12ozs sauerkraut (drained\/squeezed dry)<\/p>\n<p>12ozs egg noodles, cooked\/drained<\/p>\n<p>Salt and Pepper<\/p>\n<p>1# sliced corned beef (from the deli), rough chop<\/p>\n<p>1 to 1.5 cups Thousand Island dressing<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd # sliced Swiss cheese<\/p>\n<p>6 slices rye bread (or combo of rye, marble rye and pumpernickel), torn into pieces<\/p>\n<p>Half stick of butter, melted<\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 350deg.<\/p>\n<p>Place drained sauerkraut and egg noodles in bottom of a 13\u201d x 9\u201d baking dish. Stir to combine. Season with salt &amp; pepper.<\/p>\n<p>Scatter chopped corned beef over noodle mixture, spread evenly.<\/p>\n<p>Drizzle dressing over entire corned beef layer.<\/p>\n<p>Top with cheese, covering best you can.<\/p>\n<p>Drop torn bread pieces all over cheese layer.<\/p>\n<p>Drizzle with melted butter.<\/p>\n<p>Leave uncovered and bake for 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Cut, Plate &amp; Enjoy!<\/p>\n<p>Bon Appetite!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Chefs Notes<\/u><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>This dish is great fresh from the oven, reheating the next day, the bread was soggy.<\/p>\n<p>Next time I will toast the bread first and butter vs doing the drizzle on top.<\/p>\n<p>Cut into large crouton style pieces.
