Trail resurfacing and other work will continue towards the west with an anticipated completion date of April 9<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>The Nor-Bath Trail is the only County-owned trail within the network of over 300-miles of land and water trails throughout the County.\u00a0The Nor-Bath Trail is part of THE LINK, an inter-connected trail system throughout the Lehigh Valley and directly connects to the D&amp;L Trail and the September 11<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0National Memorial Trail.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>Northampton County provided $300,000 towards rehabilitation of the Nor-Bath Trail to match a PA Department of Conservation &amp; Natural Resources Community Conservation and Partnership Program, successfully awarded in 2018.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>The engineering was completed by Maser Consulting and construction for Phase II was awarded to Grace Industries.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\nInformation provided to TVL by:<br \/>\nBecky Bartlett<br \/>\nDeputy Director of Administration<br \/>\nNorthampton County Government Center<br \/>\n669 Washington Street<br \/>\nEaston, PA 18042<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.northamptoncounty.org\/\">https:\/\/www.northamptoncounty.org\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; The Parks and Recreation department announce that construction on the Nor-Bath Trail will begin at Clear Springs Drive in the Borough of Northampton on Friday, April 2nd.
