The boxes will be available starting April 26<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0until 8:00PM on May 18, 2021. Accessing any of the drop-off boxes does not require going through security.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Rotunda of the Government Center \u2013 669 Washington Street, Easton, PA 18042<\/div>\n<div>o\u00a0\u00a0Monday \u2013 Friday from 8:30AM \u2013 8:00PM<\/div>\n<div>When dropping off a ballot, voters can park for free in the loading-and-unloading zone on Washington Street in front of the courthouse or use the new parking lot at the intersection of Wolf Avenue and Washington Street.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Human Services Building \u2013 2801 Emrick Blvd. Bethlehem, PA 18020<\/div>\n<div>o\u00a0\u00a0Monday \u2013 Friday from 8:30AM \u2013 7:00PM<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Northampton County 911 Center \u2013 100 Gracedale Ave. Nazareth, PA 18064<\/div>\n<div>o\u00a0\u00a0Monday \u2013 Friday from 8:30AM \u2013 4:30PM<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Bethlehem City Hall \u2013 10 E. Church Street, Bethlehem, PA 18018<\/div>\n<div>o\u00a0\u00a0Monday \u2013 Friday from 8:00AM \u2013 4:00PM<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>To be counted, a mail-in ballot must be returned to the Election\u2019s Office by 8:00PM on May 18<sup>th<\/sup>. The ballot must be sealed inside of a privacy envelope and the outer return envelope properly signed and dated.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>Voters may only drop off their own ballots. Third party return of ballots is prohibited unless the person returning the ballot is rendering assistance to a disabled voter or emergency absentee voter and has a signed \u201cCertification of Designated Agent\u201d or \u201cDeclaration of Need of Assistance\u201d form. A copy of these forms can be downloaded at VotesPA.com<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>Counterfeiting, forging, tampering with or destroying ballots is a second-degree misdemeanor pursuant to sections 1816 and 1817 of the PA Election Code.
