Bethlehem, PA – April\u00a0 26, 2021\u00a0<\/strong>–\u00a0PBS39<\/u><\/a>\u00a0will honor the good neighbors that live here in the Lehigh Valley during its annual Good Neighbor Awards on May 25 at 7 p.m. This year\u2019s event will be both broadcast and livestream on PBS39,\u00a0online<\/u><\/a>\u00a0or on our\u00a0PBS39<\/u><\/a>\u00a0Facebook page. At this year\u2019s awards, PBS39 will honor both<\/u>Lehigh Valley Health Network<\/u><\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0St. Luke\u2019s University Health Network<\/u><\/a>\u00a0for their unwavering health care heroes who have both served on the front line and behind the scenes, as well as\u00a0Second Harvest Food Bank<\/u><\/a>\u00a0for its team that put food on the tables of so many during this past year.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s abundantly clear that employees at these organizations have gone above and beyond what any of us could ever have imagined this year. They jumped immediately into action to address the critical needs of our community,\u201d said Tim Fallon, Chief Executive Officer of PBS39 and 91.3 WLVR. \u201cThe Good Neighbor Awards provide us with an opportunity to publicly share our gratitude and thanks to these organizations for being such good neighbors.\u201d<\/p>\n All proceeds raised from this year\u2019s Good Neighbor Awards will help to establish a special fund, which will be announced the night of the event.
