In its continuing effort to include meaningful resident participation in the planning and implementation of projects in the neighborhoods, the City of Allentown \u2013 with guidance from a core group of stakeholders in the 1st<\/sup> and 6th<\/sup> Wards \u2013 is holding a planning workshop on Saturday, June 12, 2021 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Bucky Boyle Pavilion, 10 Pump Place, Allentown, PA (rain date is Wednesday, June 16, 2021 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.).<\/p>\n This activity forms part of the neighborhood planning component of the City\u2019s current comprehensive and economic development plan: Allentown Vision 2030.<\/p>\n The planning workshop will offer a variety of hands-on activities for all ages to identify community strengths and challenges as well as potential projects to make this neighborhood an even better place to live, work, and engage in leisure.
